The sampler is installed on an appropriate point from which you have a visual angle or on the centre of weighing-bridge. It is run by a remote control beside the sampler or on another point which you like. All functions can be performed via the buttons on the remote control or via joystick control.
• The sampler can turn around itself with an angle of 180.
• Telescopic bom, which can move front and back, can reach 380 - 480 - 560 cm long when it is closed.So you can obtain samples from all points of the vehicle.
• The length of the part which gets samples is 270 cm. It means that this part is designed to dive 250 cm into the truck dump.
It can reach to the bottom of the dump thanks to the pressure sensor which can be adjusted and is attached to the sampler system.
It does not rise up until it reaches the very bottom of the dump. Since it uses pressure sensor, the depth of the dump is not important.(high or low)
At the end of the process, it rises up back to the top position.
• The sampler can run in three different positions:
a. It can obtain samples after it gets into the truck dump until it gets out of the dump.
b. It can obtain samples from a particular point which you will determine.
c. It can obtain samples only from the floor of the truck dump.
• The time for obtaning sample when it dives into one point is 10 seconds.
• The time for obtaining samples from 5 different points of th dump is 90 seconds.
• The sample obtaining quantity between 100 gr and 3500 gr can be adjusted electronically and mechanically.
• The sampler obtains the samples with a diameter of 10 cm from the dump.
• The system is safe and strong since it runs with hidrolic control.
• The sequence of the process can be followed with the lighted warning system.(running, touching the bottom, left, right, malfunction, park position)
• When the system is not used, it comes to the position of park via tha PARK buton on the remote control. (it stops but does not prevent the traffic.)
• After the process finishes, the sample is automaticaly gathered into the sample cyclone in the laboratory. The capacity of the sample reservoir is 15 kg.
• Since the speed of sample absorbtion can be adjusted via panel, ideal homogenous sample obtaining can be adjusted.
• The distanceof sample obtaining is 30 meters for current system.
• There are two emergency stop buton both on the operator remote control and on the sampler body.
• The entire surface is protected against rust.
• All parts of it can run under the temperatures between 30 and 50 C.
• The camera for viewing the process is subject to additional charge. |
