SEDIMENTATION TEST EQUIPMENT
It is used for classification of wheat according to the quality and determining the damage caused by varmint. It is also used for assigning protein quantity of the wheats whose gluten qualities are the same. As a result of mix of 3.2 gr flour, bramfenol solution and specially prepared lactic acid you can estimate the swelling of flour particles according to the quality of gluten and the quantity of sediments of swelling particles.
