GLUTEN WASHING EQUIPMENT
It is a functional equipment to determine standard values of the wet gluten quantity in wheat and flour. It can wash both flour and wheat. You can wash two same samples or two diferent samples at the same time thanks to its two washing reservoirs. The test duration of washing two samples is five (5) minutes. It performs the functions of washing and moulding automatically.
