GRAIN DRYER (HORIZANTAL)
• It is used for drying grains such as maize, wheat, nut, lentil and rice in the husk.
• There are three different models of dryer : single fan/heater model, dual fan/heater model and three fan/heater model.
• It can dry grains between 8 tons and 18 tons in one hour.
• It is PLC controlled.
• It runs moisture controlled with its moisture sensors attached to product unloading spiral.
• Both once drying and constant drying are available.
• The heating of burner can be viewed and changed by automatic screen.
• The durations of heating and cooling can be set automatically through the digital screen.
• The equipment runs and stops according to these durations.
• It runs with LPG and LNG. 1750 RPM lower speed motors provides a silent usage.
• Fan blowers are foundry and full balanced for an un vibrating usage.
• All running electric systems and burner mechanisms have safety warning controls.
• Entire surface of the tank is guaranteed ten (1) years against red rust and corrosion.
